As a first-time parent, the newborn days can feel like a total mystery.
Not only do you have to care for a baby—you have to take care of yourself, too. Without a plan, it’s easy to spiral into stress.
But here’s the truth: you don’t have to just 'wing it' and hope for the best. With the right support and preparation, postpartum can be bloody brilliant.
Parenthood is one of the biggest transitions of your life. You deserve just as much care as your baby. Let's take you from "Wtf am I doing?" to "I've totally got this". Because you only get to do this once.
Gahhh! Breastfeeding, baby sleep, mental health... You know you need to learn about it, but WHY is there sooo much confusing info out there making you anxious? Let's cut through the noise.
I see you, deep in the Google rabbit hole, trying to figure out how to prep for new baby life. Step away from the search engine! I've got everything you need, all in one place.
I've worked with hundreds of parents struggling in silence, and it's my mission to make early parenthood way easier, and way less scary.
I know how it feels to be pregnant and anxious about what comes next. I tried my best to prepare beyond my birth, but the antenatal classes just weren’t cutting it.
Determined to have the best experience I could, I created a postpartum roadmap that actually made a difference.
And you know what? It worked. I had a beautiful, supported postpartum. But I saw parents around me struggling. And I knew they deserved better.
But who's going to teach you the stuff that actually *matters* when you're going to be caring for a baby for the first time ever?
(Spoiler alert: I am)
A kick-ass postpartum plan that's tailored to your exact circumstances. Whether you're single, a couple, surrounded by family or unsure who'll support you, I help you plan a newborn phase where you feel super prepared and cared for.

Now you've created realistic expectations, learned all about babies and put a heap of support in place for yourself, it's time to talk about ✨feelings✨. The tools you learn in this phase will help your mental health and wellbeing well beyond the newborn stage, and you'll finish Beyond Birth feeling so much calmer and more excited for this next chapter of your life.
We weren't meant to raise babies alone. So, this phase is all about taking everything we’ve learned so far and turning it into a practical postpartum plan that’s tailored to you. You’ll get really clear on where your support will come from, who’s responsible for what, how to ask for help (and actually get it!), and how to set boundaries without guilt.
Let’s face it, new parenthood can be a little wild. It's a huge, exhausting learning curve with a ton of emotions flying around. But if you’re armed with realistic expectations about babies and postpartum, you’ll feel a lot less stressed and way more prepared. When I work with new parents in therapy, I often guide them through struggles that could have been avoided if someone had just told them the info that's in this phase...
Every parent is unique. So you need support that's tailored to you. Ask me anything. I'm here to help.
Sometimes, you just need to be around people who 'get it'. Connect with other parents on the same wild ride.

I’m a trained and experienced counsellor, specialising in early parenthood. I’m registered with the Australian Counselling Association, which means I’m backed by a code of ethics, clinical supervision, and professional development that's based in research - not woo.
I’ve worked with hundreds of families through my private practice and some of Australia’s leading mental health organisations.
I facilitate gold-standard parenting programs like Circle of Security, and I’m trained in evidence-based baby care approaches like Neuroprotective Developmental Care (also known as Possums).
Oh, and I’m a parent too. So I deeply relate to the joys and the struggles.
Me, somehow still smiling after being in labour for 2 days.
All sounds fancy AF, right? But here's the thing: I firmly believe that parents are the experts on their own children, and I don't tell you what to do. Beyond Birth empowers you to do things *your* way.
With this option, you save a little on the cost. Or, you could add the course to a gift registry, or ask friends and family to chip in.
If it's easier, you can split your payment into 3 chunks. You'll still get access to all the materials straight away.
We all know parenting can be tough—and a lot of it, you can’t fully prepare for. Some parts of new parent life will be a beautiful mess no matter what. But that doesn’t mean you have to go in blind.
Doing the Beyond Birth program now can make a huge difference later. Let’s make sure you feel confident, supported and have what you need in place to care for your mental health.
Want in? I only take on a small number of new parents each month so I can offer real, personalised support. Pop your details in below and I’ll be in touch ASAP to let you know if there’s a spot for you.
Yes! And if this is you, I totally get you because this was me. I live on the other side of the world from my entire family and had my son during covid. The village? It was hard to find. But there ARE still ways to get support, and that's what I'll teach you.
We're on the same page. Everything in Beyond Birth is evidence-based, grounded in attachment and responsiveness, and focused on infant mental health. You won't find any dodgy sleep training methods or outdated advice here, promise.
So glad you asked! It is SO hard to find any postpartum education for couples - everything is marketed to mothers. But aren't women already doing enough?! I've got so much in here for dads and partners and I LOVE when couples do this together.
I really believe in the value of this program, and put a lot of time into making sure you're supported. For that reason, I don't run any sales - but I do offer a payment plan, to help make the course more accessible.
The course has been designed for parents who are bringing home a baby for the first time. Although so much will apply with any postpartum experience, the key info about babies is most helpful if this is your first rodeo. We're inclusive of multiples though!
Most people start going through the materials during the second or third trimester, although this is really up to you. As a rough guide, allow yourself ~6 weeks to go through everything at a leisurely pace and organise the postpartum support you'll need.
If you've scrolled all the way down here, it's because you know that having a baby is life-changing and you want to go into this precious time feeling supported, so you can actually enjoy it.
